Porch Host Registration
A “Porch” is any designated area on your insured private property that can accommodate performers. It must be on the ground level (porches are ok).To register a porch, there are a few requirements:
- Property owners complete the registration. If you are renting, ask your property owner to complete the registration.
- Property owners upload the signed waiver when they register
- Property owners must designate another person to be the host if they are performing or will not be present.
- A “Porchfest here!” sign with a Sponsor rider will be available for pick up once your registration is verified complete. We will let you know where to pick up your sign.
- Plant your sign in the street-facing portion of your yard ASAP to let folks know about Porchfest.
- Notify your neighbors about the event, including other Porchfest Porches in your neighborhood. Please let us know if we missed a potential sound conflict.
- Request consideration for street closure if you have reason to believe your yard will not be able to contain all your guests safely
- This is an all-ages, alcohol-free event. Your help is appreciated in keeping the event viable and safe for everyone.
- Please provide a restroom for your performers.
- Plan to be available for our Rain Date.
- In the event of a thunderstorm or other adverse weather conditions, Belmont Porchfest urges all hosts, performers, and audience members to prioritize their safety and that of others. An adverse weather event marks the end of Porchfest 2025.
